This a wall hanging called "Free" made by Kat of KoolKat Quilting based on photo taken at Woodford Folk Festival by Geoff Adams. The quilt captures the spirit of "The Republic of Woodfordia" and features free motion quilting and skilful toning of fabrics.
The quilt will be part of Kat's exhibition at her studio during Carnival of Flowers week as part of the Quilts, Stitches and Textiles Trail.
