Bali Basket is the latest pattern from Kathy Adams of KoolKat Quilting.  Make this gorgeous basket from one Bali fabric strip set or jelly roll or 40 strips of fabric 2.5 inches by width of fabric. Easy rag rug technique, no sewing except for handle and applique decoration.
