KoolKat stays cool at Laidley Spring Carnival

Here is a KoolKat looking cool indeed during a warm spring day of the Laidley Spring Carnival and Quilt Show.  Also waiting for the parade to start from their vantage point of the top floor verandah of the Laidley Hotel along with Kathy were S.I.L. Dianne and husband Tony.  Geoff was of course, slaving away on the KoolKat Quilting stall at the quilt show held in the Uniting Church Hall down the road.  This Friday we're off to the Salo Centre in Rome Street Toowoomba to set up for Toowoomba Quilt Exhibition which runs from Saturday 21st through until Friday 27th.  We've had light rain today which will help bring the gardens to life for another Carnival of Flowers festival.  It was great to meet up with quilters who dropped by to say hello at Laidley and hope to catch up with more of you next week in Toowoomba.
