Whipping up a Tropical Storm at KoolKat

This is Kathy's latest design - using the "Lightning Strike" design in her free pattern Tropcial Storm, which is included with this fabric kit.  This super-easy quilt uses just one Bali Pop, Jelly Roll or KoolKat set of 40 x 2 1/2" fabric strips.
