Tough Mudder

There is a global recreational activity that resembles basic training in the military.  What was once a compulsory activity in the days of conscription people now pay to undertake.  Tough Mudder is a mystifying but fascinating experience to see as a spectator.  However, some of it is dangerous, such as Mount Everest.  Having watched one girl lose two front teeth and assisted another injured woman while waiting for the St John's Ambulance, the feeling I had was a bit more training to avoid injury wouldn't have gone astray.

Craig suffers leg cramp after passing through Electro-shock Therapy (don't ask)
