KoolKat's basting service

This bed runner from Phyllis in Toowoomba is being basted in a 4 stitch per inch meander e2e machine quilting pattern ready for custom quilting.  Basting is used when the customer wishes to have the 3 quilting layers secured ready for custom quilting on their own machines or by hand.  Phyllis asked us to use a bright coloured thread to make it easier for her to see the basting stitches when she removes these after her quilting is done.
